If you have the special edition of this dvd, then you have the option of watching this backwards movie in chronological order. But don’t, because it sucks that way. Leonard just kills Teddy and develops the photo. That’s it, no aftermath, no closure, nada. So we decided what would happen is that after staring at his photo for awhile, he’d forget about what he’s looking at, due to the whole memory issue he has, resulting in one pretty funny moment. The original version of this strip had him yelling “Aw, what the hell happened here?!” but we removed it believing it was jut as effective as a silent piece.
